Day Long Integrative breathwork retreat
The Setting
Tea and snacks will be provided. There will be a one hour break for lunch and there are restaurants within driving distance. Because the setting is extraordinarily tranquil and beautiful, both inside and within the 5-acre walking paths – with many secluded benches on the grounds- we recommend bringing your own lunch in order to take full advantage of the retreat setting. There is a full kitchen available for our use.
Cost per participant if received 10 days before the workshop is $200. We want to keep the group to a maximum of 40 people so please let me know if you are coming to put your name on my oficial list. We will begin promptly at 8:00am and finish by 5:00pm. It is best to not make any late night plans for that day since everyone will feel mentally or emotionally tired after the event.
